Chef Randy prides himself on using quality local and regional ingredients to

The Brewery Building
Built in 1889 by the lumber baron Robert L. McCormick, the
building that now houses the Angry Minnow is a historic, brick building that
originally housed the offices of the Northern Wisconsin Lumber Company.
Recognized at the time as an architectural statement in the 19th century town
of Hayward, Wisconsin, we undertook a careful renovation and a major addition
to this historic and elegant building.
The inviting interior is a mixture of exposed brick, archways, high ceilings
and wood including hand carved tap handles. Windows in dining room provide a
bird's eye view of the basement brew house.
