Oaky’s Oatmeal Stout – Black as Will’s lab, Oaky, this hearty brew features six different malts including oats, chocolate malt, and roasted barley. Poured using nitrogen for a creamy head, this beer will leave you begging for more.

River Pig American Pale Ale – This copper beer will deliver a blast of hops with every guzzle. We add hops at four stages during the brew including dry hopping, which leave this pale with a floral aroma.

Honey Wheat – This golden brew is made with fresh pilsen malt, wheat, Gambrinnus honey malt and 50 pounds of local honey.

Minnow Lite – Our micro brew for those in search of a light, crisp beer. Features pilsen malt and German Hallertau.

Seasonals – Last Notch Wheat, Redhorse Ale, Rye IPA, Tre-Svends Imperial IPA, and McStukie’s Scotch Ale.
