__The Angry Minnow is proud to have an eclectic, Up-North menu. Each week the Minnow offers a Friday night fish-fry with fresh Lake Superior Whitefish or Great Lakes Bluegill. Along with our fresh local fish, Will Rasmussen has created the menu to reflect his own personal love of Wisconsin. Many of the entrees include wild rice, asparagus and even meats such as quail, crawfish and Lake Superior Trout.
__The Minnow is known for its terrific beers and tasty food. Some of our best sellers include our cooked to order Minnow Burger, our Hot and Angry Pretzels which are made with spent grain from the brewery and our piled-high Nachos Chiflados!
